| Paul joined Social Care Direct (NDUC) at the beginning of July 2011. Paul has held many social work positions in most areas of social work, including Children-in-Need management and the court system. Paul also has significant experience in the adult care field as a private provider of residential and home care. Paul holds a Certificate of Qualification in Social Work and Diploma in Social Work (Teesside 1982). |
After working for six years as a Team Manager for NHS Direct, Marie joined NDUC in 2007 as a Traing Officer, training operational staff. |
Before joining NDUC as Head of Clinical Services, Alan has worked with NDUC in GP OOH as a sessional GP for many years. He is a GP trainer and a GP partner at the Branch End Surgery in Stocksfield, Northumberland. |
Annette joined NDUC in September 2010. Annette has held several senior management roles in both private industry and public authority and has significant experience in the areas of resourcing and organisation design and development. She has an MA in Strategic Human Resource Management gained at Durham Business School. |

| Brian is a Chartered Management Accountant. Prior to joining us from Orchard Information Systems where he was a Financial Controller he worked for Pilkingtons and Sanofi. |
Before joining NDUC in November 2010 Lloyd ran his own consulting company, working with SME’s in various industry sectors across the North East. He comes from a long background in IT working in the region and across EMEA for IBM. A network and infrastructure specialist, and an experienced IT Manager, Lloyd is Red Hat, and Cisco Certified. |
Barry has worked in numerous contact centres in a variety of different industries, including Financial, Telecoms, Retail and Insurance. Barry joined Northern Doctors in May 2010 |
Karen is a qualified nurse and has a law degree from the University of Northumbria and joined us from Newcastle University. |
