About Eston Grange

Teesside Primary Care (CIC), a not for profit social enterprise, operates the Eston Grange NHS Healthcare Centre which opened in 2009. Now located in the Low Grange Health Village in South Bank Middlesbrough. It provides a popular GP-led Walk-in service from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week and a full range of GP services to its registered patients.
